该产品主要用于精确打磨轨头，以及去除钢轨焊缝处的焊瘤，修整钢轨廓形达到标准要求。机体采用高强度铝合金架，装有偏向防滑导轮，可打磨轨头的两侧面、顶面及钢轨磨损所产生的毛刺，可90度不同角度调整打磨填补目前钢轨仿形打磨机领域空白。

三、       工作原理Operational Principle:

发动机带动小带轮转动，通过皮带传动带动磨头旋转，对钢轨产生打磨作用；通过旋转手轮控制升降杆的升降调整打磨位置；通过手把与底梁之间的弹性顶力定位打磨机位置，在倾斜扶手的同时实现打磨。
